How do API calls work?
Each request to our AI endpoints counts as one API call. This includes customer segmentation, prediction requests, personalization calls, and analytics queries. Webhook deliveries and dashboard usage do not count toward your limit.
What happens if I exceed my API call limit?
We will never cut off your service mid-month. Instead, additional calls are charged at the overage rate shown above. You will receive notifications at 80% and 100% of your monthly limit.
Can I change plans anytime?
